This website currently provides sample estimates, a calendar preview, and payment-method choices. Completing the flow saves a demo client record for the owner. It does not create a service contract, reserve staff or appointments, authorize a charge, save a payment method, or send reminders.

Service scope and estimates

The site offers general residential and commercial cleaning. The displayed service description and selected extras describe the proposed scope. Specialized medical, industrial, hazardous-material, or similar cleaning requires a separate assessment and is not offered through this form.

Estimates depend on property size, rooms and bathrooms, cleaning type, optional extras, and the best eligible frequency or commitment discount. Cleaning durations and crew sizes are estimates. A final scope, time allowance, and total must be confirmed before real service. Any mandatory service charges must be included in the disclosed service price; optional extras require your selection.

Minnesota sales tax

Many residential and commercial building-cleaning services are subject to Minnesota sales tax, and local tax may also apply. Certain separately stated housekeeping services can be treated differently. Sample prices on this website exclude applicable sales tax. No tax is calculated or collected in this demo; an itemized tax amount and final total must be supplied before a real transaction.

Frequency, commitments, and discounts

Choose one-time, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning. A commitment covers the fixed number of visits shown: 3, 6, 9, or 12. The larger eligible frequency or commitment discount applies; discounts do not stack. Payment is planned per cleaning on cleaning day, with no upfront package payment.

These fixed-visit plans do not automatically renew. Choosing a recurring frequency without a visit commitment previews one visit; later visits require a separate arrangement. This demo does not enroll you in ongoing service or automatically charge you. Any future automatically renewing offer must disclose its renewal terms and cancellation method before enrollment.

Scheduling, changes, and cancellation

Displayed availability accounts for estimated cleaning time, travel buffers, working hours, capacity holds, and personal blocks. Unavailable time does not necessarily represent another customer’s appointment. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment in this demo.

Before live service is booked, the company must provide its cancellation, rescheduling, refund, missed-visit, and early-termination terms, including any fees or effects on discounts. No such fees are charged in this demonstration.

Preparing for a real visit

Before service, confirm access arrangements, pets, areas needing special attention, delicate surfaces, and any conditions affecting safe work. Do not place door codes, alarm codes, card details, or sensitive personal information in this demo. Any satisfaction guarantee, insurance representation, or special service promise must be supplied by the actual business; none is implied by this placeholder website.
